  2. Love it! Of course, now I'm dying to know where they were taken... That shoreline one looks like the Dingle area? Whatever... Great pics! Happy St. Patrick's Day and Wordless Wed., too. :)

  3. the coast is in the south, near Ballycotton..the second is looking out from the back of my aunt's house outside of Mitchelstown, Co. Cork, looking toward the Galtee mountains and the last is in Connemara, Co. Galway, on the west coast.

  7. I don't think you could find more beautiful pictures for St. Patricks Day! It makes me want to frolick and spin and sing, like in the Sound of Music! Wrong country, I know. Maybe instead I should do a jig and drink a pint.

  12. Thanks for visiting my blog!! :) These pictures are just stunning. We were in Ireland for the first time two years ago and promptly fell in love with the wild coastline. We live on the ocean here, too, but it's so sedate compared to Ireland. Thanks for that memory!! :) Silke

You would love Ireland, I am sure. Lots of lovely grass to run around on with little sheep to play with.

Or big cows to run you over. ;-)

  29. What beautiful photos! We're going to be in Ireland in about two weeks, but it's just a quick trip so we'll be in Dublin the whole time. The countryside will have to wait until we've got a bit more time to spend.

  30. Dublin is interesting..but I would argue it is not "really" Ireland.
